By submitting a registration or sponsorship form and completing payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration Agreement

By registering for NABC 2026, you:

Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Agree to comply with event rules, venue regulations, and instructions from event organizers.

Acknowledge that registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to deny or cancel registration at its discretion for violations of these terms.

2. Data Collection & Privacy

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of personal information including but not limited to:

Name

Email

Phone number

Address

Payment information (processed securely via third-party payment providers)

Emergency contact (if applicable)

Your data will be used for:

Event communication

Badge creation and attendee verification

Payment processing

Hotel coordination (if selected)

Event-related updates and logistics

NABC 2026 does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only with trusted service providers necessary for event execution.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy — Event Registration

Standard Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of registration.

A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.

After March 31, 2026

No cancellations will be accepted after March 31, 2026.

Exceptions may be considered only under special circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergency).

Approval is solely at the discretion of the NABC Organizing Committee.

A 10% administrative fee will apply to approved refunds.

Hotel Bookings

If registration is cancelled, the registrant is solely responsible for cancelling any associated hotel booking.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days from approval date.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy — Sponsorship

Sponsorship cancellations must be requested within 7 days of registration.

A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.

No cancellations will be accepted after March 31, 2026, except under special circumstances subject to committee approval.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

5. Event Changes & Force Majeure

The NABC 2026 Organizing Committee reserves the right to:

Modify the event schedule

Change speakers or programming

Change venue within reasonable limits

Cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances

In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, acts of terrorism, or venue issues), liability shall be limited to the refund of registration fees paid.

The Committee shall not be liable for:

Travel expenses

Hotel expenses

Loss of income

Any indirect or consequential damages

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending NABC 2026, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation is voluntary.

You assume all risks related to travel and event attendance.

The NABC Organizing Committee, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and venue shall not be held liable for:

Personal injury

Property damage

Theft or loss

Illness

Any other damages arising from participation

Attendees are encouraged to carry appropriate personal insurance coverage.

7. Code of Conduct

All attendees and sponsors are expected to:

Maintain respectful behavior

Comply with venue policies

Avoid harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for violations.

8. Intellectual Property & Media Release

By attending NABC 2026, you grant permission for:

Photography

Video recording

Promotional use of event images

These materials may be used for future marketing and documentation purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in media materials, written notice must be provided prior to the event.

9. Payment Terms

All payments must be completed at the time of registration.

Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in cancellation of registration.

Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State in which the event is organized.

Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal jurisdiction within that state.
