Cancellation & Refund Policy — NABC 2026

Cancellations and refund requests for NABC 2026 must be initiated within 7 days of the original registration date. An administrative fee of 10% will be deducted from the total refund amount.

No cancellation requests will be honored after March 31, 2026, except under special circumstances (such as a documented medical emergency). All such requests will be subject to review and explicit approval by the NABC Organizing Committee. A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

All special-case cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: support@nabcapp.com

The NABC Organizing Committee reserves the sole right to approve or deny any special-case cancellation requests.

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days.
